Employment Specialist - Mediator - Coach - Educator
Molly combines her diverse experience and education to provide comprehensive consulting, coaching, and mediation services to both individuals and entities.


Mediator: Molly completed initial mediation training as a Student Mediator in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law's Mediation Practicum. While training, Molly conducted mediations at the Denver County Small Claims Court and the Better Business Bureau. After graduating from law school, Molly began practicing employment law and civil litigation. Through her legal practice, Molly frequently negotiates settlement of claims and other forms of conflict resolution through demand letters, informal negotiations, administrative mediations, formal mediations, and arbitrations. Molly counsels individuals and entities on terms and considerations that may be offered or used to bring claims and conflicts to an end.
Coach and Educator: Prior to attending law school and practicing employment law, Molly was a public school teacher and facilitated peer mediation between students in lieu of traditional discipline. Molly also regularly created and delivered engaging presentations, tailored curriculum to individuals' needs, and counseled students on both outlining and pursuing goals. Molly also worked for seven years as a sales consultant and sales mentor. Sales and business interactions served as Molly's introduction to problem solving, active listening, and creative negotiations. As a sales trainer and mentor, Molly learned how to communicate effectively to convey sales and management skills to her trainees.
Employment Specialist: Molly has practiced both employee-side and employer-side employment law, which allowed her to advise applicants, employees, Human Resources professionals, managers, and executives on recruitment and other hiring practices; workplace accommodations; team building; professional relationships and communication; training and skill building; performance improvement plans (PIPs); other forms of coaching, redirection, or discipline; employment separations; employment and contractor agreements; operating agreements; partnership agreements; and various, unique workplace situations. Molly has ample experience in advising individuals on their job searches, resumes and applications, interview skills, career building, job performance, and navigating complicated matters involving coworkers, supervisors, and career advancement. Molly also has ample experience in advising employers and entities on strategies to recruit, train, build, and maintain a team that enjoys working together while being productive and engaged.
